Converted times
Private by design. This page has no backend. Time zone offsets are calculated using the browser's built-in Intl API -- nothing is sent anywhere.
How timezone conversion works
This tool uses the Internationalization API (Intl.DateTimeFormat) built
into every modern browser to resolve IANA time zone names like
America/New_York and Asia/Tokyo. It formats the same
instant in each zone to get the local time, including daylight saving time rules.
Source and targets
Choose a source zone and enter a date and time in that zone. Then tick one or more target zones. The tool shows what time it will be in each target zone at the same instant. All DST adjustments are handled automatically.
Why list specific cities?
There are over 400 IANA time zones. Listing them all would be overwhelming, so this tool shows roughly 20 common ones covering every major region. If your zone is not listed, it is likely covered by one of the nearby cities -- for example, "Paris" covers all of CET/CEST, including most of Western Europe.
Common uses
Scheduling meetings across time zones, planning international calls, coordinating with remote teams, and figuring out what time a live event starts in your local zone.
How to use the Timezone Converter
